    Hi, thanks for your reply, yes the letter was from the county court it says/ Before Deputy Judge Boynton, sitting at county court--
    Upon hearing Counsel for the Claimant- IT IS ORDERED THAT
    1.Claim is dismissed
    Dated 12 August 2016
    I could ring the court up as you sugest but would I be opening up old wounds. Or so to speak?

        I did ring the court up last week and was told the claim had been dismissed, I asked if Lowell had turned up and was told yes a solicitor representing them showed up, and that's all I asked.

          Another foul up by Lowell solicitors? They seem to constantly fail to comply with judges orders and expect to get away without sanction.
          Sound like the DDJ saw through them and acted promptly giving them no more chance.
