Hi;

I am new to the forum so don't give me a hard time guys Pleaseeee!

I have issued a Money claim online its to do with unnecessary legal fees I had to pay as a result of a lawyers arrogance and instance on going legal.

My question is now that i've issued the claim do I have to issues a particulars of claim in a certain amount of time eventually.

You should have provided at least the basic POCs when you issued the claim. If you want to serve additional POCs you must do this within 14 days of issuing the claim.
