  • Woolwich mortgage arrears and unpaid direct debit charges

Hello and Happy Easter to you all x

I would be grateful if anybody could give me some advice with regards to how I go about claiming unpaid direct debit charges from The Woolwich dating back to 2001?

    Thank you

    HI BayTay1 ...

All Woolwich mortgage and bank affairs were taken over by Barclays and I believe the address given below is current for you to write and discuss your claim possibility :

    Customer Relations
    Barclays Bank PLC
    1 Churchill Place
    FREEPOST
    RTLA-CSUE-TCHC
    London
    E14 5HP

    Telephone: 0800 282 390 (UK only free call) or 020 7699 4998
    E-mail: customer.relations@barclays.co.uk

I assume that you have good cause to discuss reclaiming DD charges and that you have all supporting documentation ( i.e. the relevant bank statements ) in support as you will definitely need those. Good luck!

Hello, Thank you for your reply. I have the original letters that the bank send out to notify of unpaid direct debit and the amount of the fee and when it will be debited from the account. Will that be enough information to back the claim?
      Thank you and regards
