Hello all!! Buyers beware! Yigou International Group a.k.a Rosewe.com are scammers!!

Ordered $75.87 worth of merchandise from Rosewe.com on 2/29/16. Each item I purchased stated that the item would ship in 24hrs. Not, the item 'may ship' but 'will ship' in 24 hrs. After checking the status everyday & waiting 8 working days I began to submit 'tickets' inquiring of the status. The first response was obviously a 'canned' response because it didn't answer the question as to the status of my order, but instead told me that their items normally shipped in 1-4 days, be mindful of holidays & weekends & to "please wait in patience." Excuse me?? I immediately submitted another 'ticket' requesting to cancel the order. The next reply I received was from the 'Administrator' apologizing for the delay but that the items were out of stock. Wait, what? Why are you advertising that an item would ship in 24hrs when you don't even have said item in stock?? I have since submitted a total of 4 'tickets' requesting to cancel the order & today received a response saying that if I canceled, I'd be charged $3 per item...for 'handling'. Huh?? Why should I pay for something that hasn't shipped....and hasn't shipped because it's out of stock??? What the hell have they handled? Thankfully I ordered thru PayPal. I immediately issued a dispute & escalated it to a claim so hopefully I will get this resolved. I am still kicking myself in the rear because normally I am known as the 'google review queen' but this site is so deceitful & I honestly got caught up on the selection & prices. Lesson learned. I work too hard for my money to just 'give' it away to cons. Sitting here typing, I'm now thinking of going to my credit union on Monday to sign an affidavit to reverse the charge because Paypal is saying it will allow 10 days for these creeps to respond. No thank you. They're liable to throw some crap in a bag & say it shipped. Then I have to pay money & be charged to return it. Again, no thank you. Yea, I'm at the bank 1st thing Monday. Thanks for the chat legalbeagles!! I've been so pissed about this, I guess typing it out helped clear my thoughts.
