  • If Claims are Struck out - How many days allowed to apply to 'reinstated' it ?

If the worse case scenario for a court claim, then the judge strikes the claim out, then the applicant has the right to reinstate it so that they apply to have it open again, so it is back in action.

Is there a time limit that this has to be done within, and when you are outside this then they cannot apply to have it reinstated?

What is the time limit that this has to be done? or you can apply for a struck out claim to be reinstated 2-3 months afterwards even?
    - is there a maximum amount of time to apply to have it reinstated ?

and is it the N244 application with reasons why you wish it should be reinstated ?

Hi ardvo & welcome to LB

What was the reason for the case being struck out?
