I have a category 6 marker on my file. I have taken Capital one to the ombudsman and the ombudsman has sided with Capital one. I am looking at what other options are available to me. I don't mind funding a lawyer

Alliance put a cifas marker on me.
We fought it using a company called policy assist. We won and were compensated.

I must add that alliance were completely wrong to have marked us.

Oh thanks. Yes mine is a little different from that as I have been accused of making a fraudulent payment.
