    Hello group. I manage a care service in Scotland for past two years. Over last 6 months the directors have been hostile and aggressive and have witheld bonus without discussion, failed to pay sick pay when this had been the case in the past and downgraded my input to the role without discussion. I feel that I am being managed out of post..

    Have you raised grievances about these matters? Or otherwise questioned them in writing?
    Could you explain why you feel discrimination is involved?

      No issue. Ask from them about all the matter in written, so that you can use those writings as evidence. On the basis of these writings seek professional help if you feel that this a matter of discrimination.
