This is my first post and would like to say Hello to you all.
As my heading suggests is there anyone that can help us understand the scottish conveyancing procedure.
We are in England but may have to locate up there shortly.
We understand that we will have to have a solicitor here for the sale and also a solicitor in scotland dealing with the purchase
We have viewed a possible couple of properties - but the english conveyancing is so different to the scottish in that we have been told we will not be able to join the together due to our exchange of contract may not coninside with the scottish way
