Hi there,

I have just had my inner calm disturbed by a letter through the post box. It is from JC International Acquisitions, LLC advising me a debt of £47.99 to Post Office Telecoms has been assigned to Capital Resolve Ltd!

I do not have any services with Post Office Telecoms, and haven't had ...my internet and phone is via one of the main providers and cannot think for the life of me what this is, unless its a scam. I have e-mailed Post Office Telecoms with the details provided and asked them to advise if they have any knowledge of this. I don't want to contact these debt collectors as that can be costly on phone charges possibly and may bring more unwelcome mail. It is very distressing and something I don't wish to have to stress about.

Can you advise.

Capitol Resolve Ltd are debt collectors.
You say you've never had any PO Telecoms services?? a "prove it" letter might be a good start (http://debtcamel.co.uk/prove-it/) xx

Hi Crafter, funnily enough We have had one as well..for £400! We did have a post office thing but it was years ago and it was sorted before we moved back to BT..(around 2007)
