    The Court System runs on strict timescales for responses and submitting documents and there are sanctions for failing to comply with the processes, just don't want to see you facing a judgement by default
    which will cost money to get set aside (£155).

      You are not sounding ignorant at all , if I were in your shoes I would be taking advice from anywhere i could get it

      As Nem said , if you ignore it you would then get a default judgement against you and an application for a set aside would cost you , currently £155 however if you tried and said oh i just ignored the claim i doubt very much if a set aside would be granted
