I have checked my credit file and found 2 defaults for the same debt. They don't show the exact same amounts but the original debt was a loan from hsbc and a current account overdraft, they wrote to me to advise this was being sent to idem capital securities.
Idem placed default in apr 2012 and hsbc June 2012
How do I go about getting this sorted as it shows 2 lots of the same debt
