Hi. Does anyone know of any link to any sites which shows the number of times they have taken their clients to court or any court cases that they have lost? They are taking us to court shortly. Do not want to say too much, if they are watching this site. Just to say, they verbally agreed to something and now they say we never said. But we have some evidence. There is 50/50 chance we could win.

There is no central database for statistics on the number of claims issued and the outcomes for any company but you could try a Freedom of Information request to HMCTS. We've made 3 such requests for various companies, the first 2 were successful but the last one was refused as we think there may have been a change in FoI policy but it might be worth a shot.
