Morgan Stanley > Barclaycard PPI refund

Hi,

Wondering if someone can help me, back in 2000 my Morgan Stanley card was taken over by Barclays and I have recently contacted them regarding PPI. They've have stated they can't see me having PPI on their Barclaycard and have no access to check whether I was sold PPI with Morgan Stanley.

Is there anything I can do about this as I believe Morgan Stanley would've included PPI when I initially obtained the credit card with them?

Hi...I have just been awarded £6513.00 from Barclaycard on refunds due from an old Morgan Stanley credit card...forgotten I had even had it so long ago !. Well worth persuing any PPI claim..I have received over £11,000 from various banks etc....paid 25% to claim company but to my mind worth it as I wouldn't/couldn't have done it on my own. They do all the work, all you do is sign forms. Go for it !!
