  • Mis Sold HP

    Hello Everyone,

I hope someone can lift some light on recent issues I have had with a well know dealership.

Recent issues have lead me to find out I have been sold the wrong car deal.

I explained my millage would be at least 20K as I drive around the country for work, when I've looked at getting a settlement I am on a 10K per year deal.... to my absolute shock I am now in negative equity. The guy that sold me the car had been there 2 days and I was his first sale and that was what he was focuse on. I feel very disappointed as he clearly was not trained correctly and now I am left with the financial burden

I've emailed the company with other issues I've had with the car and they have ignore it each time I chased.

Where do I stand, please help?

    Thanks

    Hello Michelle,

How long have you been in the HP agreement? You might be in a spot of difficulty with this one, ignorance is not an excuse especially if you signed the agreement and had time to look over the contract. You should have also been given pre-contract information which should have had all of the key points of the contract, including the mileage allowance - was this the case, and did you sign it before reading the contract?
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
