We left ppi as we knew we had some but it has been a nightmare with claims4refund.. we got paid out on two and paid them their 30 percent.. but there is three lingering which they are not bothered about.. they have closed ones that did have ppi on also and one of the ones that was lingering.. i actually rang up and they have sent us a letter saying it is upheld but now am confused regarding claims4refund.. have tried to email them bounces back, you ring up and ask for a call and they say oh we pass it on.. since they didnt bother about my claims and not done anythng is there any legality that i have to pay 30 percent to them.. ok i am prepared to give them something as they sent paperwork and stuff but they seem to be genuinely only interested in certain cases.. and we want to close all these accounts with them and move away will they charge us? wish to god i never bothered with all this.. too much stress, every damn day is more rubbish from them..

Re: Hello everyone, just joined and having ppi probs with the company
For each claim that has not settled but you know had PPI, please post
1. Name of Lender
2. Name of Seller (if different to lender).
3. Date of Sale
I will tell you if these are cases which will settle. Might be that the claims firm know these cases have no value if there is no route to settle them. Not all PPI before Jan 2005 can be reclaimed!!!
