Dedending a claim

Hi there , looking for help !

Host portfolio has file a county court claim against me and i have acknoledged receipt of it to the court and written to claimant to ask for CCA but after 2 weeks still nothing from them and i only got a few days before i have to file a defense , what should i write on it , any good templates please?

Any help would be much appreciated .
