Apologies for having to start a new thread as I have lost the original one.
I was taken to court by Brian Carter solicitors and have gone through the process with the amazing help had on this site. I submitted my defense and have now had a statement from both Brian Carter solicitors and also from the court
I have today received a letter from Bryan Carter solicitors stating that Lowell Portfolio are intending to proceed with the matter. Also a notice from the court that this is now a defended claim. They have stated that this case is suitable for allocation to the small claims track (I have no idea what this is). I have attached the two letters and would be very grateful for any further advice that may help. I still have not received any information from Lowell Portfolio or Brian Carter solicitors in relation to the CCA and CPR requests that were sent.
Also I have received a Directions Questionnaire that I have to fill out and send back to the court and states that I have to serve copies on all other parties - Does this mean that on completing the questionnaire that I would need to send the original to the Court and 1 x copies to Bryan Carter solicitors and Lowell Portfolio?
