  • Differences between executed, and delivered

Hii guys...wanna ask a simple question.

In the notes legal documents, a lot of time seeing a sentence, e.g.: 'the indenture has been duly authorized, executed, and delivered by the Republic'

What does actually the differences between executed, and delivered?

    Thank you.

In addition to the above, it depends on the contract, as a contract which has been signed by both parties may be executed but not necessarily delivered. If both parties present when signing it will usually be deemed to have been executed and delivered, if they sign separately apart, it may not be delivered until it reaches the other person.
