Hmrc debt,

Because of late filing some time ago i owe te hmrc. Are they able to count DLA as part of household income and if so under what authority?

Hi, think I have answered this before on here and as far as I am aware it is counted, any costs against can be counted too, so if you have a car or can show travelling expenses or if it's care you show the care costs. It balances out in that way so then although it is income the costs level out the income. Hope that makes sense .
