Good morning Sandy, welcome to LB,

Civil Procedure Rule 31 .14 allows you to request the documents mentioned in the Particulars of Claim.

From what you say above the Contract and the Notice of Assignment are the only documents you can request.

CPR request to the solicitors only.

Do you have a defence to the claim?
    When was the account defaulted?
Do you know exactly when all payments ceased?

Re: Cabot / Restons / Capital One

      Hi Nem,

Many thanks for reply, I'm not too good with the forum and where to add things,

I don't have a defence to the claim as yet, was late opening claim letter due to Holiday period - defence has to be in by 16.00hrs 25th Jan.
I don't know when account was defaulted who is best to speak with, from memory around 2009/10.
Again I don't know when payments ceased who is best to speak with.

Any help is very much appreciated
