Hi all hope everyone as had a good Xmas, I need some help plz.my partner gets carer's allowance on Monday 4th January 2016 I have been looking on different sites and it says he will get it on the 31st December is this right plz help thanks teresa.

it looks like you'll get CA paid early in Scotland only (not England or Wales) xxChristmas and New Year payments
Your usual payment date may change if you receive any benefit, apart from Child Benefit or tax credits.
Benefit payments due:
between 23 and 28 December will be paid on 23 December 2015
on 31 December 2015 or 1 January 2016 will be paid on 31 December 2015
on 4 January 2016 in Scotland will be paid on 31 December 2015
If you’ve not received your payment, contact the office that pays your benefit on the day it was due.Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.
