    Hi Legal Beagles

Is anyone interested in raising a petition against Lowell Portfolio 1 asking the authorities to look into the dubious methods this company employs to generate its income? What do you think Nem? Is it a runner?

All the best to everyone at LB Billy the Kid.

    Hello Billy,

A petition is not I think going to work with the way the FCA works.

What is needed is for All people who are affected by any of Lowell's
malpractices to make reports to the FCA,.

The FCA does not respond to individual " complaints, but straight forward
reports on the conduct of a regulated firm are taken into consideration and
if a sufficient number are received then action is taken.

      Thanks nem,

I am in contact with the FCA. Waiting for a reply from them.
