    Notice to Quit a Commercial Property

    Dear Beagles

    Can anyone help with my problem.

    I have been given a Notice to quit my lease of a factory space.

    The reason is clear, as I have been unable to provide a 2 month rent bond so the landlord has issued us the Notice.

    However :

    The notice is a letter not a form or court endorsed in any way. initially an email and followed by a letter normal postage.

    I have been given only 16 days to move.

    what are my rights.

    I do not want to fight and do want to leave I just need more time.

    My time runs out tomorrow.
