hi i was fined a £130 by the youth court because my teenage daughter commited a crime , the judge said payment would be taken from my income support which it wasnt , the first i realised this was when i recieved a letter from marstons saying i owed them £215 . i set up a payment plan with them paying every week , when the fine was down to £45 i tried to pay it off with my bank card and the bank held the money for 10 days because of security reasons , i completley forgot about this , this was back in september , well i had a bailiff turn up last week saying i now owe £285 and that they were here to remove goods . i told the bailiff i didnt have goods in my name and he left saying it was going to be returned to court . am i right in thinking that because i paid marstons a £170 the original court fined has legally been paid ? , also what would be the next stepps for me to take
marstons
