Good morning James,

The balance reduction it seems relates to payments made by you to MKDP and
passed to HP at the time of the reassignment.

Start the process again and send a CCA request to HP.

Apologies for not getting to this earlier been up to my neck in muck and bullets just lately.

Just checked Credit Expert on this and it has now disappeared from my credit file (Y)
