    hi all can anyone help I received a letter from phoenix life because I have a pension that they took over from that is mine from CENTURY LIFE back in 1991 is there anyway I can opt out and sell it to them as im so skint :tung::tung:

    I would suggest if you are under the age of 55 it may not be worth your while.

        I do believe scammers are telling people they can liberate their pensions when they have not reached 55, this can be illegal http://www.thepensionsregulator.gov....ion-scams.aspx I am only mentioning this in case you decide to go to a website that are offering this service.
        I would give Phoenix a call see if you have any options.
