  • Hi all, found your site after looking for information RE incorrect defaults on my CRR

After ending a relationship around Nov 2009, I was left with little option other than to freeze a joint account held with lloyds.

As i was the only person in communication with them, i've been hunted for recovery of the debt.
After reaching Lowells, the debt has subsequently been satisfied - since December 2014.

When, after a mortgage application got refused, a check to my credit report showed lloyds collections have been declaring the debt as still being in default right upto to Oct '15.

Through Lowells, my report shows the same debt as being satisfied.

The debt amount on both is the same (£1737).

Would this classed as being wrongly defaulted?

I've raised a dispute with the Noddle CRA over this, who have replied with a 28 day wait before a response is issued.

Is there more i can do to help myself in the interim?

    Thanks All

To summarize, my credit report shows that lloyds have registered a default for the debt mentioned above , for each & every month since 2011. The latest was Oct 2015

The debt has been duplicated through lowells, registering as satisfied, in detail it shows a PS on Dec 2014.
