Hi Folks,
I worked for a company from March to September this year. We received no written contract, no CIS receipts (despite numerous requests) and no official payslips. There is now a dispute over pay to the tune of 900 (as seen in alternative thread). I've read on this forum that you can claim for no employment contract up to 2-4 weeks pay, but I was wondering about the lack of receipts and payslips.
I would also be interested to hear more about tacking on a claim of the above nature to an already existing claim. Im not in a position to seek legal advice (not in the least because I haven't been paid) although things are getting complex at this stage. I do know the company in question is involved in a million pound case against one of their contractors who tanked a project, so not 100% on their ability to pay or where I'll come in the line if they dissolve, but they're slippery at the best of times so will be looking to see this one through.
Any help/advice much appreciated.
