I've got some questions, and I really don't know in which groups have to ask. I am in big problem and I am feelin horrible abote my mistake.sorry about my badly English. I am take some staff from tkmaxx and wait for my RLPletter I will pay for everything because that is my mistake, but I don't want my housemates know about this. Hi [MENTION=73711]mounster[/MENTION] ... please try not to worry. Any letter you get from RLP will arrive addressed to you (not 'the occupier' etc...) so you will (hopefully) get the letters to open yourself :nod:. Have a read around the forum (we have a section specifically for "Retail Loss Prevention" issues) and give us a shout if you need any advice xx

I can't help you with a description of RLP's envelopes, but advice is that you ignore RLP's demands for money.
Your other post is on a very old thread and you are unlikely to receive a response from the original poster.
