hi could anybody help please? I have had a car from Fowlers Finance Stoke and after reading posts on here have realised that I have been taken for a ride :-( I have a conditional bill of sale rather than a crept agreement which I didn't actually realise until now. I want to return the car as am not going to pay another £3000 (which is what is left to pay) when I am not actually going to own the car. Would I be able to return the car without having to pay them any more money? And if so how would I go about it?
