    hi everyone
i received a letter from arrow global/restons solicitors saying that they would be managing my account instead of bryan carter solicitors.
i had had this debt for a while which we had been closely monitoring and had got it down to £75 . we was going to pay the outstanding amount off until this letter came through which says the outstanding balance is £155 !! how can this be when i have it in black and white from bryan carter that they returned to client £75. i have written a letter to them this morning enclosing an up to date copy of the statement from bryan carter . any suggestions of what else i should do .

    Hi and welcome

If you've written to them enclosing the statement saying only £75 were outstanding you've done all you can for now and you have to see what they respond with. :ranger:

It could have been a genuine mistake or one of them "it was worth a try" situations. Do keep us posted when you get a reply. :typing:
