Hi Everyone,

I posted a thread regarding a B10 notice affecting sale of my house which would have cleared the debt within next 2 weeks but creditors solicitor went ahead anyway so likely to take much longer now and increase my debt. I just wanted to say that I was desperate to the point of working out how best to just opt out of life without hurting people I love too much. My problem may still be there but now I don't feel as if I am the only one or trying to get through on my own, So thank you

Hi moving forward, the last and only things to consider are your well being and your families happiness!!
Have you made contact with their solicitors again for an explanation?
There is no reason not to phone them on Monday and ask why they have gone back on the arrangement.
There's a wealth of experience and knowledge here to help you.

Well having read your other post I must agree you are having a pretty miserable time :tsk:but you have two of the best people on LBs giving you advice. Try to keep everything on the same thread though as it just keeps things clear for anyone trying to follow the issue and give sound advice.
It seems like you have been fighting so long that you just cannot face the final push but that is exactly what this is, the final push. These people are scumbags. They are hated and despised. You are not. You have ‘loved ones’ and integrity. This will pass. You will be free of all this hassle but they will still be scumbags and if you have a browse through this site you will see many occasions when scumbags have come a cropper.:rockon:
Monday seems like a long time away right now so I would recommend you stay ‘tuned in’. Have a look on our Friday smile –always cheers me up. Do read through the cases closed/won; great for putting fire in your belly. Watch out for the word association though; it is addictive and when you realise the way your mind associates one word with another you will be convinced you are a psychopath!:crazy: There is someone on here 24/7 and lord knows we discuss everything from legislation to latex!
