If you go to your profile (link at the top) on the left hand you will see 'find latest posts' ,find latest threads' click on them it will take you to your posts

Thank you so much for your help. by the way every time i try to get on to this site google keeps blocking me with a red danger page. saying there is malware on this site. would you know it is anything in my setting to stop this
