I rent a house bills included and the water company sent a bill there which I did not receive as I do not visit the house and an agent looks after it
As I did not receive this bill it went to court and a CCJ was made against me
I only going out this week when I was going through some bills So I rang Anglian water and they confirmed this so I paid the outstanding amount immediately and also paid the enforcement court fee to stop any action
I now have a CCJ but against the rental property and not my own house
What do you recommend I do as I need to get this satisfied and removed as I have not been given the chance to pay before the court action as the court papers also went to the rental house
