How to join the VIP section

Hi
Im wanting to join the VIP section as I have need of some help to my legal query, Unable to join...any help?

From the top right menu, next to 'My profile', you'll find settings, the third group down is 'My settings', under 'My account', the last item is paid subscriptions. Under VIP member subscription, choose one year £9 or 10 years £25. See below.
