  • HB/CTB Fraud

I am appealing against being found guilty of HB/CTB fraud in the magistrates Court. My appeal has been cancelled 3 times at the last minute. The prosecuting LA told the magistrates that they wanted me to go to Crown Court as they were seeking a Confiscation order against me, they are no longer seeking a C Order. Will I still go to Crown Court or back to the Magistrates Court (if my appeal fails) as it's a summary offence. I am really confused and my solicitor is incompetent.
    Thank you.
