      Hi Nemesis and Leclerc
      Update some happy news

the bank have written to apologise for selling the debt knowing beforehand that i am clearly a vulnerable person - they are going to get it back from the DCA and write it off!

on receiving the letter i couldn't believe it, i took my meds early waited a while and read the letter again - i couldn't believe it - not sure i still do.

i am not sure how long it will take them (the bank) to sort out they don't give a timeframe, i only hope that they get onto this pretty quick to help ensure i am not harassed further by the DCA. i may send them a letter and ask that they treat it as urgent.

i know that i haven't had a response from the team for my last couple of posts but i just want to say thank you to the site team for your morale support on this issue. it would be good if Nemesis could respond to my post 15 as this may still help others coming to the site with a similar overdraft problem.

LB website has been an education:-) i have to continue my learning as there are another couple of rounds for me to fight with another couple of DCA's - but 1 at a time:tinysmile_hmm_t2:
