Hi Everyone!

Have had an account for a little while and been a browser but am really struggling and fed up at the moment with a claim I have just received from Restons/Cabot and thought if before I put my head in the sand and get a CCJ anyway would try to get some more advice here hopefully.

Could you please post up a suitably redacted copy of the Particulars of Claim (POC) or type it in verbatim?
Have you acknowledged service?
Intention to Defend.
What is the history of the debt?
What type of account.
Amount Owed
Date Defaulted.
Name of original creditor.
Is this still on credit reference files?
