Hi I new to the forum.. it looks great and hoping to find the info to support me through a small claims court.

The case has been filed. The defendant say they did not receive notification of the original papers and say the demand they received sited the defendant and their head office incorrectly and have requested the court to set judgment aside without hearing.
I'm ok with and would now like to make a substitution amending the defendants details and address and need to know how to do this. the hearing for the defendants application is due to be heard on 29th Jan 2015.

Do I use for N244A to request the amendment and have the court reissue the original request with amendments?

    Thanks

    Hello Alifrancis
I am sure one of the clever Beagles will be along soon to give you some sound info but they may need more details.

An optimist is someone who falls off the Empire State Building, and after 50 floors says, 'So far so good'!
