    Pay day loan issue

    Hi had the unfortunate history of having a pay day loan in the past this issue is all resolved now but my issue is a default on my credit file placed by lender without issuing default notice and they have said they don't have to issue one does anyone know if this is correct or not

    thanks for any help

    Hi welcome, yes "they" are correct a DN is not necessary very short term loan.
    The default entry will be removed 6 years from the default date.
