Thank you for your kind welcome.

I have written a thread in the Debt Collection Agencies forum (which I think is the correct place) detailing the issue I have. It isn't a major one as such. If anything, I find it rather comical the lengths that some of these DCA's will go to.

If I have put it in the wrong place, please let me know though.
