    I know this may sound a silly question but I am filling in a Certificate of Service form one question is on whom did you serve I want to send the particulars of claim to the claimants solicitor do I put the claimants name or the claimants solicitor's name any advice is appreciated

    The solicitor but only if they have confirmed that they are acting for the other side and are authorised to accept service.
