hi guys just wondering if anyone can help me a firm called real time claims has been hassling my father for money that they are saying he has been paid out for ppi but he hasn't received now they are threatening legal action my dad is 82 and i deal with his accounts and this money has not been received can they do anything i don't feel he should pay for something he has not received
