I'm currently in the process of claiming both mis-sold ppi and packaged account fees...Can anyone advise about Barclays SAR response timeframes?

They are still within the 40 days timeframe to comply, but the other companies, I contacted at the same time have acknowledged my request and one has already completed and sent documentation through!

If Barclays are still within the 40 day timeframe then it would probably be just as well to wait until it has passed before worrying ... although if you have heard nothing back from them after that, you will be within your rights to send them a complaint letter reminding them of their obligations :tinysmile_twink_t2:
The ICO would be your next step if they still do not provide your documentation after after a further 14 days (I think) of receiving your second letter.

Did you send the SAR by registered/signed for post?? Can you be sure they got it??

I'm sure other Beagpes will be along to advise too xxx

Hi,
I sent it recorded...They have received letter - day after posting.
They are still within the 40 days timescale, so will wait and see. I just thought it strange that other 2 companies acknowledge my request, but I suppose each organisation is different...Thank you for your swift response.��
