  • European Court.

A young man has extreme difficulty in obtaining employment is a teacher as he has disclosed on his essential CRB a 100 year police record foe 'Indecency in a public place'. It sounds like he was doing some sex act in public but all he did was to give a 'V' sign to a police camera that was being used in a repressive manner and there is no dispute about that. Has he any recourse to the European Court to combat this kind of British extremism that has nothing remotely to do with keeping children safe but is wrecking thousands of careers and vocations?
