I understand from some peoples comments about bank smart being a scam company. I would just like to put people minds at rest and reassure that they are a trust worthy company. We have been dealing with them for 2 years and thought the same at first after getting numerous number of letters but we have just today received a fair amount of PPI money back from them and thank them for the help they have given us from start to finish

In the interests of balance our members' experiences of them have been collectively overwhelmingly negative.

They may well be a legitimate company, but only just staying within the law. I had bad dealings with them and when I asked for a breakdown of their services was refused and told in no uncertain terms that the longer they carried out "work" for me the more it would cost. Further more their were viellled THREATS of legal action and debt collection services . With costs escalating by the day I was forced to give in to them to save going into deep debt. This company should be taken to court!
