Has anybody had any dealings with a company called Road Accident Consult t/a Media Tactics. For months they were bombarding me with sales calls for PPI reclaim. I issued a Section 11 DPA notice against them and the calls from them near enough stopped until I started receiving calls from companies who had bought my data from Media Tactics. They must of sold it a couple of dozen times by now. The crazy thing is that the sales calls are for a loan that I have never had from a bank I have never had any dealings with. The data being used and sold is completely false.
Have had to get a solicitor involved as the barrage of calls is doing my head in, as many as 29 in 1 day.
