    Hi

    long story shortish

i signed for a train4tradeskills plumbing course financed by cdf around 8 years ago roughly, course wasnt for me so i reduced payments to £10 per month so i didnt default they want £110 a month, ive recently learned the course was missold to myself salesman misinformed me limited number of places were available which pressured me into signing up. Also learned the qualifications gained are virtually useless basically its a scam, ive recently recieved a lette asking for payments to be upped back to £110 ive emailed them back today saying i can only afford £10 and would like my payments to remain the same. Ive also informed them i believe the course was missold to me and would like all moneys owed to be cancelled. Ive asked for a reply to confirm my payments will stay at £10. Any advice on how to get the money i owe them cancelled on the basis of the course being misold to myself?

If they dont reply to my email regarding keeping the payments at £10 pm im tempted to cancel the standing order, but then would have to deal with debt agencies any advice on this possible scenario please?
