  • Holiday scam

I'm writing on behalf of my younger brither who is currently on holiday with his friends.
Last night he was in a bar, bought drinks had a good time.
He woke this morning to find £600 had been taken from his card by the same bar he had been drinking in.
He has gone back to the bar this morning who have denied everything, he has also rang his bank who have said they cant/wont do anything he has just lost this money.
    what are the options

Report it to the police, contact the bank again and insist that they cancel unauthorized transaction, contact the owners of the establishment and complain to them.
