just a little about me

44 - business executive up till feb 2006 when i was struck down with 2 brain haemorrhages - subsequently cant work and husband had to take early retirement to look after me -

hence in this position with lots of debt - about £175,000 !!!!

HFC being real B**stards about everything - just had letter from them saying they dont accept OFT findings and will not refund any charges - have not responded to request for CCA or statements.

gone to payplan - who havent really helped us more hindered us - found out now they are funded by credit card companies - surely this is a conflict of interests??
